2nd half saturday.

So after lunch we came back to take out 3rd class.

Then she walked around, and gave each of us a vintage hankie filled with Lavender.

Just before Dinner we did our "canvas exchange" so so fun!!! every single canvas was beautiful!

Party Hat & Wand! By Candice Carpenter.

They are made from paper. so i could only get so much done. Having to pack it and all.

I finished up my hat & wand a few days ago!

I LOVE THEM!!!!!!

I used a hard paper mache cone!

My paper was all wrinkled.

But i actually love it. so sturdy!

I painted it with pearl paint. Added some vintage bling, some German scrap, some vintage trims.

I adore my wand too!

Again a little vintage bling, and German scrap.

VOILA!!!!!

One of my favorite projects of all time!!

What a fun weekend.

Went to an Antique show Sat morning!

SCORE!!!

We went on our boat sat & sun!

I got a ton of crafting done.

I finished up my 30 mini prom book pages.
Made a few gifts.

(the first half.)

The Culver Hotel

This is were Maija and i stayed. It is so charming! Antiques everywhere. Very Quant!

Maija & I ordered the same breakfast. Yogurt w/ granola. a cup of joe. and some tomato juice for moi!

$45.00 dollars! YIKES!!!!

Needless to say that was our only meal at the hotel.

(needed our funds for shopping)

We got to download some pictures of vintage wallpaper, birds, and ladies with beautiful bonnets.

The idea was to make 4 bird pannels, and 4 bonnet panels.
